Johnny,Louis&Char（後のPink Cloud）のライブアルバム「Free Spirit」にて、演奏および収録された楽曲です。
ギターは、3度の音を省略した形で演奏しています。
Pink Cloudのようなトリオバンド編成の場合、E7(#9)とEm7のどちらともつかないコードとなる点がユニークかなと。
今回の録音では、ピアノとオルガンにて、E7(#9)⇒D7(#9)⇒Cmaj7⇒B7(#9)と、調性を決定する形にしてみました。
オリジナルでは収録されていないBacking Vocalを加えたため、若干Popな印象を抱く方もいるかもしれません。

This song was performed and recorded on the live album “Free Spirit” by Johnny, Louis & Char (later Pink Cloud).
The guitar is played in a form that omits thirds.
In a trio band arrangement like Pink Cloud, I thought it was unique that the chords are neither E7(#9) nor Em7.
For this recording, I used piano and organ to determine the tonality: E7(#9) ⇒ D7(#9) ⇒ Cmaj7 ⇒ B7(#9).
I’ve added backing vocals that aren’t included in the original, so some people may get a slightly more pop-like impression.
