The guitar chord Am (A minor) is one of the easiest chords for beginners to play.

Mainly used in Key-C, Key-Am, Key-G and Key-Em.

This chord is Am plus the 9th “B” note.

The exact name is Amadd9 (A minor add nine), but it is sometimes written as Am(9).
